• Runs Begin with You Life & Fitness Network, a wellness brand focused on mind-body lifestyle coaching

• Leads JT CO Media, managing content for food, fitness, and hospitality brands

• Managed 10+ active social media accounts across restaurants, gyms, and her personal blog, Westchester Workout Guide & NY Travel Website, with her boyfriend & Event Planning Friends called Explore with Espresso New York

• Creates collaborative content on Instagram for Westchester Workout Guide to build a local Community that becomes a Blog & Podcast here on Begin with You - Life & Fitness Network

• Offers 1:1 personal training and lifestyle programs as a NASM-Certified Coach

JoAnna’s Story:

JoAnna began her health journey in high school as a cheerleader and Culinary Arts major (Saunders High School, Yonkers, NY). Despite growing up with amblyopia and limited vision in one eye, she overcame self-doubt and fear to lead and inspire, founding her school's cheer team and later leading her own entrepreneurial path as #1 ranked stylist on her bridal sales teams.

Through personal experiences with grief, family mental health challenges, and body image, JoAnna found healing in fitness, nutrition, and mindset work. That passion now fuels her mission:
To help others “Begin with You” — mentally, physically, and emotionally.

• Former #1 Bridal Stylist at David’s Bridal ( Ranked #1 in Store & #28 Company-wide)

• Volunteer for Operation Prom since high school with a highly influential mentor in Westchester - the CEO, Noel.

• Passionate about self-help books, health magazines, community events, and women’s wellness

• Worked for both corporate gyms and small businesses

• Believes everyone can become the CEO of their own life
